Keyboard Shortcuts and Quick Actions

Default keyboard shortcuts in Fluid and other useful actions.

Using keyboard shortcuts

To use a keyboard shortcut, press and hold one or more modifier keys and then press the last key of the shortcut. For example, to use Command-C (copy), press and hold the Command key, then the C key, then release both keys. The symbols for the modifier keys are:

  • Command (or Cmd) ⌘

  • Windows ⊞

  • Shift ⇧

  • Option (or Alt) ⌥

  • Control (or Ctrl) ⌃

On keyboards made for Windows PCs, the modifier keys are (from left to right) Ctrl, Windows, and Alt. On keyboards made for Mac, the modifier keys are (from left to right) Ctrl, Option, and Command. In Fluid, the Windows key and the Command key perform the same function.
